Kip Kolodziejski, Principal , Co Founder
Kip Kolodziejski, is a Principal of Clement Capital Management. He co-founded Clement Capital Management in 2010 with Nathan Richards as an investment vehicle to raise funds and procure high cash flow residential real estate investments. Mr. Kolodziejski has created a strong track record having acquired 21 properties before the age of 26, all meeting or exceeding preferred investor returns.
Nathan Richards, Principal , Co Founder
Nathan Richards, is a Principal of Clement Capital Management. He co-founded Clement Capital Management in 2010 with Kip Kolodziejski. At age 20, Nathan was offered a position as an “apprentice” under Dan Kolodziejski, a well-known Real Estate industry professional in Los Angeles. This afforded Mr. Richards the opportunity to learn the world of real estate from the ground up, across all facets of the industry.
Martha L. Theus, Chief Financial Officer
Martha is the Chief Financial Officer for Clement Capital Management. She brings over 30 years finance experience to CCM and has a background in public accounting, internal audit, and real estate.
Martha’s experience includes assisting companies with internal financial management, fraud and risk mitigation, and accounting system implementation. Her clients span over various industries including real estate, high tech, entertainment, and financial services. Martha also served as Chief Financial Officer for a commercial real estate company and a national self-defense training academy. She was Manager of Internal Audit for Lockheed Martin Corporation where she oversaw operations for the western United States, South America and parts of Europe. Prior to Lockheed Martin, Martha gained public accounting experience with Ernst & Young.
Martha is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed by the State of California. She attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where she majored in Accounting.
Martha resides in Los Angeles with her husband. They have a grown son and daughter.
Anton Nikolas Riedlinger , Property Manager
Anoton obtained his Real Estate License in 2012, at the age of 21. He completed all courses through Mira Costa Community College in Encinitas, California.
2011-Worked as an assistant to Eric Jones- Broker and President of Urban Real Estate Services. This was my first intro to the Real Estate Industry. This is where I learned the basics and fundamentals of a real estate transaction. After shadowing Eric Jones for a year, I connected with one of the other Branch Manager's at Urban Real Estate Services, where they had started Harcourt's Pacific Realty in Southern California, originally from Australia. This led me into the next phase of my Real Estate Career.
2012-Worked with Holly Nanula, Broker/Branch Manager at Harcourt's Pacific Realty. We attributed most of our time buying foreclosed homes from the auction, and hiring a general contractor to rehabilitate the entire property, in return, having a more expensive home to sell months later when the construction is finished. Also known as "House Flipping."
2014- On-site Property Manager of 17-unit Apartment Building, located in El Cajon, California. Employed by Sunrise Management.
2015- Leasing Agent- Luxury Lofts @ the Promenade, located in Downtown Long Beach.
